Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make amendments to an order after it has been placed.

As a small boutique business, we are unable to refund the difference of a purchase made before the beginning of a sale.
We do aim to let our Alf community know, when possible, of major sales at least one to two days prior, so we suggest joining our email list to be the first to know of any future sales.
The high volume of orders may require up to one week to dispatch from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
